I am taking this product to improve my health

I am taking this product to improve my health via detoxification and enhanced nutrition from the super food. I believe that my health is improving as I have more energy. The liver spots on my hands have disappeared rapidly since I began taking this product almost one year ago, which is a good sign of detoxification. However, one doesn't take more than one pill an hour and to start with, one or two a day at the beginning. I am now taking eight caps and so is my husband and we both feel more energetic
